Hess Park is Norton Shore’s smallest neighborhood park located in Norton Shores. The park has picnic tables as well as a playset with plenty of shade! There are multiple grassy openings on both sides of the playset for recreational games.

Rules
- Closed 10:00pm – 5am, no loitering after 10:00pm.
- No motor vehicles permitted within unless service or emergency vehicles.
- No camping permitted.
- No fires are permitted.
- No alcoholic beverages permitted.
- Dogs are permitted on a leash.
- Trash containers are for the picnic trash only.
- No littering, $500 fine enforced.
